Reporters OPEN:
Every single donor to this sham of a defender of civil liberties should be retching at the utter disgust of how this organization has been conducting itself lately. If you support civil liberties, you must support all civil liberties, not just the shiny apples at the top of the barrel. The advocacy of civil liberties is not that grilled chicken salad where you stop eating once the croutons wilt at the bottom of the bowl. No, you have to eat those wilted croutons too—it’s the whole salad, period. The nasty melted cheese, the soggy lettuce, all of it. We have so many so-called advocates out here, but they only advocate (A) if they’re paid to, (B) if it fits their agenda, and for the fakest of reasons, (C) because everyone else is talking about it. There are so many fake advocates out there they make me sick. They claim to be the voice of the voiceless, but really, they’re just the voice of themselves. They say they speak for the voiceless, but they won’t let the voiceless speak. It’s a lie they tell their audience, not an ideology they’d live or die for. Here’s some hard truth for you.
Here we have the greatest civil rights violations ever to occur in the United States, and the agency entrusted and expected to defend against such violations is completely and utterly silent. The ACLU, whose sole purpose and agenda are to defend civil liberties—it’s in the name. Yet, I believe they need to get the printers, the marketers, all the shirts, logos, and the whole shebang redone to read “The American SOME Civil Liberties Union,” because that’s what they’re showing the world. The champions of the Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution have become the champions of politics, not right and wrong. Special interests, not justice for all, regardless of the crime. The ACLU should be so ashamed of itself that it should announce it’s walking away from the law and starting its own cooking show on Bravo. Every lawyer, probably a displaced hippy from the Woodstock era, is a disgrace to everything they once believed in, and the Gen Z wanna-be hippies are a disgrace to their forefathers. They’ve sold their souls for the very thing they once marched in the streets to end: civil rights violations, civil rights atrocities. If the ghosts of those who once believed in these fundamentals could resurrect and have five words to speak before fading back to unseen spirits, they’d say, “You spit on us all.”
Hundreds of people in a DC prison have been denied all their civil liberties. People who committed crimes no more serious than spitting on the street are given years, while actual criminals who kill, rape, molest, burn down buildings, beat up police officers, or commit heinous crimes are set free or given the lightest sentences. In NYC, a man dragged a police officer for blocks, reducing him to a wheelchair for life, and was given months in jail instead of decades. But here we have a man who walked through the people’s house wearing a buffalo hat and war paint, committed no acts of violence, and will languish in prison for years. The ACLU? Not a word, not even crickets—crickets make noise. One would think that political prisoners being tortured, denied services, and human contact—privileges even terrorists in Guantanamo Bay who blew up people are afforded—would have the ACLU up in arms. But again, nothing. The ACLU is now nothing more than a name, just like CNN, which once was a reputable news source but now has lower ratings than reruns of The Andy Griffith Show. More people watch Spongebob and Beavis and Butthead than CNN.
The ACLU can defend every heinous criminal, I mean the scum of the earth. They defended a criminal in Florida sentenced to death for killing and raping a 14-year-old to death, and a 38-year-old mother. See here for more. Recently, you can see the ACLU outside NYU, just waiting to assist in bailing out criminals beating up cops and chanting “death to America” and “death to Israel.” Odd, you didn’t see one of these fake bastards outside DC or defending January 6th political prisoners at all! Never mind the ones sentenced; how about the ones who, years later, rot in a DC prison without even being charged or having one hearing in court? What happened to the right to a speedy trial? I, for one, having been involved in the law since I was 17 and now 58, have never seen such a miscarriage of justice, never mind what’s being done to President Donald Trump in the New York courts and Georgia. Where is the ACLU in his false cases? You have a rogue district attorney, Alvin Bragg, who releases real criminals—killers, rapists, carjackers, human traffickers, the scum of the earth—back into society to kill, rape, and steal again! He takes felonies and reduces them to misdemeanors while elevating a misdemeanor to a felony because it’s Trump. Where is the ACLU on this?
To the ACLU: “If you are an organization whose advocacy and charter is to defend civil liberties, which you evidently pick and choose, deciding which civil liberties you will defend and which ones you will simply ignore, even as millions of people beg for someone to step up and do something, if you fail to answer that call because of personal feelings or political impasse, then wouldn’t you agree that such an organization should be stripped of its non-profit status? Their donors should turn against them, in the same way CNN turned against its only watched commentator, Chris Cuomo. They should not only turn against that organization but demand their money back.” What next? Will the NRA only defend some gun owners’ rights? Will CPS only protect some children? Will the ASPCA only protect certain animals? Just in case you forget what you stand for and your donors donate their money to protect and enforce, I bet most of your donors, who probably have exciting, wonderful lives, are not even aware of what you’ve become. So permit me to remind you what civil liberties mean, as it’s apparent you’ve forgotten. Civil liberties are guarantees and freedoms that governments commit not to abridge, either by constitution, legislation, or judicial interpretation, without due process. May I ask a question? Has one ACLU lawyer been down to that prison in DC? One? Don’t bother thinking or checking your records; we all know the answer is no. There will come a day when all of you, all of you, are brought up on such charges that may even warrant the death penalty for the level of human rights violations. You should all be brought before the International Criminal Court on human rights violations, not just you, but everyone involved in this systematic, orchestrated, and deliberate dismantling of this country’s laws and way of life. Let’s not forget the massive death you’re all responsible for, from the President of the US to the lowly city council rep, the mayors, the governors, the house reps, senators, all of them. If this were done back in the day, guillotines would be lined up outside these people’s offices by law. I keep hearing about how this is against the Constitution, and yet, even though these things going on in this country are clearly massive violations of the US Constitution and the law in general, they are being allowed with no arrests, no prosecutions, not a blip. I tell you this: when the House, the Senate, and the Presidency are in the hands of people who will bring law and order back to this country, the bracelets will be plentiful. They will have to build a prison to house the people who will be sentenced and convicted without trial because their crimes are documented, and they have already been found guilty. I bet that for every single person who has committed a heinous crime under the guise of doing their job or because of the political power they held at the time, the red and blue lights that came one day they never even fathomed could be possible. That day will come for all of you. Never mind what God will do upon your death.
The special powers and authorities, never mind the notoriety you hold, should be revoked immediately! You should be made into a normal corporation that pays taxes and all that. You do not deserve the privileges and favors you are afforded because you are a scam, just like the pastor on TV who will talk to God on your behalf for the right price, a charlatan like Rev. Al Sharpton, who says he’s a man of God but can’t quote a Bible scripture and all that spews from his mouth is hate and disgust. Who, if these political prisoners were on the left side of the aisle, oh yeah, he would be down at that prison with his private jet parked on the street and all the community demanding justice. Where is he, this pioneer of civil rights? I guess white people don’t have civil rights. Where are the civil rights lawyers threatening to sue the Justice Department, every media affiliate, reporter, commentator, house rep, and senator into the Stone Age? Where are they? Nowhere, nothing, not even crickets—crickets make noise.
You know that if you wanted to, you could stop all this. These people would go free as the BLM and ANTIFA true rioters who beat cops, destroyed over $2 billion in property, beat the crap out of people going to church or voting for the politician they wanted, or eating out with their family—all these people should be in a DC jail awaiting sentences that will incarcerate them for decades. But again, nothing, not even crickets—crickets make noise. These poor souls who simply defended liberty, something you once did, do not even have adequate representation? Despised by their own public defenders? Beaten by prison guards? Denied religious services? Unable to cut their hair? Forbidden from speaking with their lawyers? We treat the roaches in our houses better than these American citizens, many of whom are veterans. But we all know how this country treats its veterans—exactly the way these people are treated in prison, lower than excrement. All anyone has to do is look at Afghanistan… how that didn’t trigger millions performing the greatest level of civil disobedience, I have no clue. Joy Behar, saying that “the withdrawal from Afghanistan was a great success for Biden, a little messy but hey.” Yeah, Joy, tell that to the 13 soldiers dead needlessly, who didn’t even die in a war but because of the incompetence or deliberate act of this government.
Every patriot citizen should be beyond livid by the treatment of these Americans. They should be pooling their money together to get these patriots, who every night at 9 PM place their hands over their hearts as the guards slap their nightsticks in their palms and sing the National Anthem. There should be millions outside the DC jails demanding (A) due process and (B) bail for these people, so while their trials continue, they are free to be with their families—the same luxury afforded to true criminals who commit heinous crimes and are free to walk the earth to commit more heinous crimes, while these people would just be home enjoying their freedom, no threat to anyone.
Where are all the celebrities? The ones who beat their chests about equal treatment? Your Seth Rogans, Alyssa Milanos, Oprahs, Trevor Noahs? Where are they? Have they even made any inquiries? Where is our Queen of the White House, Kamala Harris, with her bail-everyone-out fundraisers? Huh? Nowhere… not even crickets—crickets make noise.
This is a press conference where Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. Paul Gosar, and Rep. Louie Gohmert try to convince a liberal leftist media to see the truth, as futile as trying to teach a fish to climb a tree. These people are evil incarnate; you can’t reach something that doesn’t exist—conscience, empathy, integrity. We need to stop trying to make these people see the light; darkness is all they know, and they’re very happy to live there. What we need to do is come together and take this country back through any and all legal means possible.
To these brave souls in these prisons and the senators and members of Congress fighting to get you justice, “may God continue to hold you, keep you, grant you peace in the midst of such strife, tribulation, and adversity. Remember Joshua 1:9; know that even though now you are being suffered, those who have suffered you with malice and contempt will know the fruits of their malice.” †
To the ACLU: To retain any shred of your past endeavors, you should at least demand that all these prisoners be granted the ability to spend Christmas with their families. I guess even as you have lost your souls, I still hope and pray they can be found again.
In closing… No wonder the ACLU loves BLM so much because they’re exactly identical in their principles and ideologies. The American Civil Liberties Union will only defend certain civil liberties, and Black Lives Matter will only defend certain black lives, which is complete hypocrisy to its own mantra and battle cry.
